Elopement in Hawaii Jungle | O’ahu Elopement Photographer | Honolulu Couples Photographer

Moanalua Valley Trail Start is an amazing location, because it another location allows flexibility on when you shoot here. I typically tend to do sessions here late mornings or early afternoon. This is a more shaded location so really time is really flexible (as long as it’s morning/early afternoon). I don’t recommend late afternoon since it’s so shaded we barely get any hard sun.
This is another jungle like location, and it does offer a small little creek of water. When I say tiny I mean tiny lol! Depending on the season the water could be a little dried. Being surrounded by so much nature brings the pesky mosquitoes. So I highly recommend bringing some repellent with you.
This is great for families who have little adventurous kids since it allows them to climb in/out of rocks. Shayde + Elizabeth eloped at Lanikai Pill Box, but never had pictures of it. They we’re so excited to be able to recreate some elopement type of pictures. We even had vows exchanged!
Perfect location if you’re trying to avoid Oahu beaches. Maybe you’ve already had a session on the beach or come from a beach town. I recommend this location for families, couples, and motherhood sessions. This would be great for those nature loving couples wanting to elope. I don’t recommend this for an intimate wedding unless you’re having 10 or less people in your gathering.
